Smoking shall be done in a designated area only. 750.280 Observed the following improper handwashing practices. Cook did not wash his hands before touching vegetables. Provide for hands to be properly washed as often as necessary to keep them clean and free of contamination. Instructed employees to wash hands & dont smoke anywhere in the facility. 750.280 Next Inspection
Observed the following food products to be improperly stored. 1. Food was sitting out at room temperature when I arrived. 2. Shrimp on the floor in walk-in freezer. 3. There is no plastic on lids or spices. Provide for all food products to be stored at least six inches off of the floor Next Inspection
